<br />mosques, outdoor theaters /festival/drama, and mausoleums.
<br />(2) Public recreation; including bowling alleys, gymnasiums, health clubs,
<br />roller and ice skating rinks, tennis, racquetball, swimming and other
<br />recreational facilities.
<br />(3) Educational; including grade and secondary schools, colleges, special
<br />education facilities, trade schools, adult education facilities or test -
<br />ing/research facilities used for or in conjunction with educational pur-
<br />poses, and including dance and karate studios.
<br />(b) Food and Beverage Services:
<br />(1) Quality restaurant; including restaurants, lounges, and bars with or
<br />without dancing and entertainment facilities, which provide only seated
<br />table service.
<br />(2) Family restaurant; without a bar or lounge area which provides food de-
<br />livered to tables or dining touters, and only incidental carry out ser-
<br />vice.
<br />(3) Fast food; which provides quickly or previously prepared food to a ser-
<br />vice counter; the patron carries the food out or to an indoor or outdoor
<br />seating area.
<br />(4) Carry out; which provides quickly or previously prepared food to a ser-
<br />vice counter; the patron caries the food off premises for consumption.
<br />(c) Governmental: including Federal, State, County, Township and Municipal
<br />buildings of all types and facilities used by public or quasi- public agencies
<br />that serve or assist the public or provide an accepted public purpose.
<br />(d) Industrial: including manufacturing processing, assembly, and/or packaging
<br />plants of all types.
<br />(e) Office and Business Services:
<br />(1) General business offices; including, but not limited to, accounting, ad-
<br />vertising, architectural/engineering/urban planning, bookkeeping, busi-
<br />ness and management consulting, charitable, consumer protection, cor-
<br />porate credit reporting, data processing, detective services, interior dec-
<br />orating (without furniture showrooms), legal offices, newspaper and
<br />newspaper distribution, philanthropic or professional membership
<br />business associations, publishing houses (without printing plants), pub-
<br />lic relations, religious services, research labs, stenographic services,
<br />syndicate offices, title abstracting, travel agencies and window cleaning
<br />services.
<br />(2) Financial services offices; including, but not limited to, collection ser-
<br />vices, commodity or security broker /dealer, currency exchange, em-
<br />ployment agencies, employment services, financial institutions includ-
<br />ing banks, savings and loans, credit unions, financial counseling, in-
<br />come tax preparation, insurance agencies and brokers /service offices,
<br />loan companies, labor unions, and real estate offices.
