<br />(2) Convenience retail; including bakeries and confectioneries (non-
<br />manufacturing), butchers/ meat shops, dairy products, eggs and poultry,
<br />fish and seafood, fruit grocery/ superstores /supermarkets/liquor, laun-
<br />dry/dry cleaning (pickup station only), pharmacy, drug, film/video
<br />rentals.
<br />(3) Service retail; including drapery services, direct selling, appliance re-
<br />pair, tool and appliance rentals, mail order, merchandise vending, print-
<br />ing /copy, shoe repair, pawn shops, photographic studios, tailoring and
<br />dressmaking, upholstery.
<br />(4) Hard goods retail; concluding automotive parts and supplies (without re-
<br />pair facilities), furniture, key and lock, hardware, wholesale florists,
<br />garden supply, greenhouse, nurseries, truck gardens and orchards, lum-
<br />ber and building supplies, household appliances, lighting and electrical
<br />supplies, pool and patio furniture, and sales display and showrooms for
<br />any building product (including millwork, cabinets, plumbing, glass
<br />and mirror, fencing, swimming pools /spas/hot tubs, etc.).
<br />(5) Shopping centers; with two (2) or more individual stores, provided in
<br />the same building or attached buildings, and gross leaseable area
<br />(GLA) totaling more than 10,000 square feet.
<br />(6) Personal care services; including barber and beauty shops, cosmetology
<br />and cosmetic salons, diet counseling centers, electrolysis/hair removal
<br />salons, fingernail salons, tanning salons.
<br />(7) Coin operated laundry and coin operated dry cleaning facilities; with or
<br />without attendant services and/or a pickup station for outside dry clean-
<br />ing service.
<br />(8) Other retail/service uses; including animal clinics/tnospitals /veterinarian
<br />offices, kemnels /pounds and grooming services.
<br />(9) Motor vehicle sales and service; including automotive sales, gasoline
<br />and/or diesel fuel stations, automotive rental agency, marine craft sales
<br />and service, engine and motor repair shops, automotive glass /muffler/
<br />pahnting/tire /upholstery /repair shops, recreational and sports vehicle
<br />sales and service, or any combination thereof.
<br />(10)Car wash/motor vehicle detailing facilities; including facilities for
<br />washing, waxing and cleaning of vehicles and vehicle components but
<br />expressly prohibiting facilities or equipment for the repair, overhaul or
<br />storage of motor vehicles or vehicle components.
<br />0) Storage/Wholesale /Utility:
<br />(1) Including, but not limited to, mini warehouse with secured, individual
<br />storage units, which are leased for a fee to individual companies or per-
<br />sons.
