EXHIBIT A Land Situated in the City of Lakewood, Comity of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, described as follows: Parcel No. 1 Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and known as being in Section No. 23, and bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the center of Detroit Plank Road, so called, 30 feet easterly from the East line of C. Southern's land, on the North side of Detroit Street; thence running northerly parallel with said Southern's East line and 30 feet therefrom the whole distance of his land and continuing Northerly in a straight line until it strikes the southerly line of James Carmen's land; thence westerly along the Southerly line of said Carmen's land until it strikes the East line of J.D. Wager's land; thence southerly along the East line of said Wager's land to C.
