VARIOUS PURPOSE ISIPROVEAIENT NOTES, SERIES 2015 <br />(ROADWAY IAIPROVE\fENT PORTION) <br />CERTIFICATE OF ESTIMATED LIFE AND MAXIMUM MATURITY <br />To: The City Council of the <br />City of Lakewood, Ohio <br />The undersigned Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, Ohio as the fiscal officer of said <br />City, hereby certifies as follows: <br />The estimated life of the improvements described as follows (the "Improvements ") exceeds five <br />years: <br />To pay the costs of resurfacing Arthur Avenue, Carabel Avenue, <br />Cliffdale Avenue, Cook Avenue, Cranford Avenue, Edgewater Drive, <br />Edwards Avenue, Garfield Avenue, Kenneth Avenue, Lake Point Drive, <br />Maile Avenue, Nicolson Avenue, Ogontz Avenue, Owego Avenue, <br />Rockway Avenue, Sloan Subway, South Marginal Drive, St. Charles <br />Avenue, and other streets located within the City <br />2.
