shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />541.05 BILLPOSTING. <br />(a) No person shall affix any advertisement, poster, sign, handbill, garland, <br />placard or object of any kind or description upon any telegraph, telephone, <br />railway, electric light pole, street sign or other permanent fixture in the <br />streets or alleys within the City, or place or affix in any manner any <br />advertisement, poster, sign, handbill, garland, placard or object of any kind <br />or description, upon any voting booth, public building or sidewalk, or <br />within the street lines of the City, or over which the City, or Council thereof <br />has the care, custody or control, unless and until such person first obtains a <br />permit from the Director of Public Safety. <br />(c) The Director of Public Works or any member of the Division of Police may <br />remove any sign(s) posted in violation of this section and may determine <br />the cost of removal and assess such costs to the person(s), business, <br />organization, or entity that posted the sign(s). <br />Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: '4 "' J _/yl 2 , < <br />Approved: �pn ! 1, Z016 <br />0, <br />
