(1) Notice of public hearings before the Planning Commission regarding zoning <br />shall be given in the manner provided by the Zoning Code. <br />(2) Notice of public hearings before the Planning Commission regarding the <br />adoption of a general plan or portions thereof or amendments thereto, as <br />provided in Aitiole XII Section a ,.r the Second Amended City Charter <br />shall be by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation within the <br />City at least seven (7) days prior to such hearing. <br />(b) Board of Zoning Appeals. Notice of public hearings before the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals regarding exceptions to height district restrictions or use <br />district restrictions shall be given in the manner provided by the Zoning <br />Code. <br />(c) Board of Revision of Assessments. <br />(1) Notice of a public hearing before the Board of Revision of Assessments re- <br />lating to special assessments shall be given as provided in Section <br />107.04(a). <br />(2) Notice of a public hearing before the Board of Revision of Assessments, <br />pursuant to Article ° "T Section 28 of the Sesopa a Amended edam °a ty Charter <br />and Section 131.01, relating to the vacating or narrowing of any street or <br />part thereof, shall be served in the manner that the service of summons is <br />required to be made, upon all persons whose property abuts upon the part of <br />the street affected by the proposed vacation or narrowing, and by publica- <br />tion once in one newspaper of general circulation within the City as to all <br />persons who cannot be personally served. Such notice shall state the time <br />and place when objections can be heard before the Board of Revision of As- <br />sessments. <br />(d) Council. Notice of public hearings before Council shall be by publication at <br />least once in a newspaper of general circulation within the City or by post- <br />ing a notice thereof at least three days prior to such hearing. <br />(e) Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals. <br />(1) Notice of public hearings before the Board of Building Standards and <br />Building Appeals shall be by publication once in a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City at least seven (7) days prior to such hearing. <br />(2) In addition to the notice provided in subsection (e)(1) hereof, notice of all <br />matters excluding internal Building Code violations and signage review to <br />come before the Board which request a variance to the Building Code shall <br />be given to all owners and tenant occupants of all property any part of <br />which abuts upon any part of the parcel of land described in the docket <br />item. <br />(3) The notice referred to in subsection (e)(1) hereof shall be given by first <br />class mail with postage prepaid, which notice shall be mailed by the Secre- <br />tary of the Board at least seven (7) days before the date of such meeting. <br />(4) In the case of an apartment building or a multiple use building, in lieu of <br />notice by mail to each tenant in the building, notice may be posted in a gen- <br />eral public use area of the building. <br />
