Ohio <br />The undersigned, fiscal officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, hereby certifies that the <br />moneys required to meet the obligations of the City during the year 2018 under the Lease <br />Agreement have been lawfully appropriated by the legislative authority of the City for such pur- <br />pose and are in the treasury of the City or in the process of collection to the credit of an appropriate <br />fund, free from any previous encumbrances.
