Section 2. Section 1161.03(t) of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances currently reading as follows: 1161.03 Supplemental Regulations for Specific Uses (t) Outdoor /Seasonal Dining Facility (7) The total number of seats for the Outdoor /Seasonal Dining Facili- ty shall not exceed 25% of the maximum number of previously ap- proved indoor seats for the Restaurant Use. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council con- cerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
