Section 337.23, Limited Load Extension on Left Side of Passenger <br />Vehicle, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances, currently reading as follows: <br />337.23 LIMITED LOAD EXTENSION ON LEFT SIDE OF <br />PASSENGER V E H I C L E. <br />(a) No passenger -type vehicle shall be operated on a street <br />with any load carried on such vehicle which extends more than six <br />inches beyond the line of the fenders on the vehicle's left side. <br />(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misde- <br />meanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after <br />the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth <br />degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first <br />offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. <br />(ORC 4513.30; Ord. 36 -10.
