Section 20. Subsection (111) within Section 1103.02, Definitions, currently reading as fol- 1103.02 DEFINITIONS. The Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board shall be authorized to adopt its own mission statement, bylaws and general rules of operation, which shall be con- sistent with this chapter, all other ordinances and the Second Amended Charter of the City and the laws of the State.
