Publication of the notice of the appropriation of property shall be made as pro- vided in Article XVII, Section 3 of the Second Amended City Charter. shall be repealed, and new Section 107.09, Notice of Appropriation of Property, shall be enacted to read as follows: 107.09 NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY. Publication of the notice of the appropriation of property shall be made as pre - v44ed -in conformance with Article vvn Section 3 44he Second Amended City Charter. Section 5. Section 107.11, Notice of Public Hearing, currently reading as follows: 107.11 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. (a) Planning Commission. (1) Notice of public hearings before the Planning Commission regarding zoning shall be given in the manner provided by the Zoning Code. (2) Notice of public hearings before the Planning Commission regarding the adoption of a general plan or portions thereof or amendments thereto, as provided in Article XII, Section 3 of the Second Amended City Charter shall be by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation within the City at least seven (7) days prior to such hearing. (b) Board of Zoning Appeals. Notice of public hearings before the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding exceptions to height district restrictions or use district restrictions shall be given in the manner provided by the Zoning Code. (c) Board of Revision of Assessments (1) Notice of a public hearing before the Board of Revision of Assessments re- lating to special assessments shall be given as provided in Section 107.04(a). (2) Notice of a public hearing before the Board of Revision of Assessments, pursuant to Article XVI, Section 28 of the Second Amended City Charter , relating to the vacating or narrowing of any street or part thereof, shall be served in the manner that the service of summons is required to be made, upon all persons whose property abuts upon the part of the street affected by the proposed vacation or narrowing, and by publication once in one news- paper of general circulation within the City as to all persons who cannot be personally served. Such notice shall state the time and place when objec- tions can be heard before the Board of Revision of Assessments.
