Public Infrastructure Improvements: Sidewalk Repair /Replacement, Street Resurfacing, <br />Streetscape Enhancements, Transit Waiting Environments & Water Main <br />Replacement & Park Improvements; <br />Repair Accessibility & Maintenance Program (RAMP); <br />SEED Small Business Loan Program: Loan Servicing Fees; <br />Senior Supportive Services. <br />Section 2. The Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public Works, the <br />Director of Law, the Director of Finance, and /or the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into contracts as set forth above in amounts not to exceed the specified <br />amounts without further action from Council; and to enter into contracts in excess of specified <br />amounts only upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying the <br />authorized amount. <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 4.
