Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 315 -13 -103) in substantially the same form as attached at "Exhibit A" <br />and as approved by the Director of Law, pursuant to Section 5722.07 of the Ohio Revised Code <br />for good and valuable consideration. <br />Section 2. Either the Director, Mayor or the Director of Law is hereby authorized and di- <br />rected to enter into agreements and execute all ancillary and related instruments for the sale of <br />said real property. <br />Section 3. The fair market value of the parcel of land that is the subject of this ordinance <br />is affixed at $20,000.00. <br />Section 4. Except as may be provided in the agreement attached to this ordinance, the Di- <br />rector shall make no representations or warranties concerning the conditions of the property, in- <br />cluding, but not limited to the property's environmental condition, mechanical systems, dry <br />basements, foundations, structural integrity or compliance with code, zoning or building re- <br />quirements. <br />Section 5. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 6. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety and welfare in the City <br />and for the usual daily operation of the City for the reasons set forth and defined in the preamble <br />to this ordinance, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the mem- <br />bers of Council, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption by <br />the Council and approval by the Mayor, or otherwise it shall take effect and be in force after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />Adopted:I <br />Approved &�, c 20 / L <br />Clerk <br />Mayor <br />
