<br />.." <br /> <br />.." <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />,¡..¡;i <br /> <br />'" <br />þ <br /> <br /> ,.......~~"'-_~~~lJl ".,~~ I~........--.....w ' IIl'II!.JU...JJ,;Jl.l..ij ~. <br />..-......,.... <br /> ¡ <br />4 <br />. <br /> , <br /> ! } <br /> \ <br /> RESOLUTION No. IL16 by Mr. Closse <br /> RESOLUTION directing the (JWners of 'certain parcels of land in the <br />City of Lakewood to remove weeds and noxious plants therefrom: <br /> BE: IT RESOLVED BY TRE COUNCIl OF THE CITY OF lAlŒ'ì!OQD, State of <br />Ohio, that the owners of all unimproved land and lots in the City of' Lakewood, <br />Ohio, be and they are hereby directed to cut and remove therefrom weeds and <br />noxious plants growing thereon, which are hereby declared to be a nuisance. <br /> That such owners are required to comply with the direction herein <br />given within two weeks from the receipt of notice hereof or the publication <br />of same as herein directed and if the same shall not be done by that time, <br />the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to have said work done by <br />direct employment of labor, at the expense of the owner and all such expense <br />shall be reported by the Director of Public Works to the council, which expense <br />shall be collected from sai d owners in the manner provided by law. <br /> The clerk is hereby directed to serve a copy of this resolution <br />upon the owners of such lots or ~pon their agents, or attorneys and publish <br />the same in the manner provided by law. <br />Adopted: Oct. 19 1m. <br /> James Gormsen <br /> 'resident of Council. <br /> B.
