_ i k d ~ I RESOLUTION N0. 3289 BY Mr. Quinn I A RESOLUTION accepting the amounts and rates as determined. by the Budget Commission and authorising the n®oeasary tax levies anrA certifying them to the County Auditor. ~ WHEREAS this Council in sacordanoe with the provisions oi' law has I previously adopted a tas budget for the next succeeding Yi.scal ysar~ ~ commencing January 191+7, and ~ NffEREAS~ the Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio has certified its action thereon to this Council together xith an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof is Ri.thout, and i what part within the 10 mill tax limitations therefore,be it i RESOLVED BY THE COIII~CIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEp700D~ CU2AHOGA COUNTY I ~O+ _ ~ Section 1.
