Dawson <br /> EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the acceptance of the bid of,_ <br /> and confirming the award of the Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars 03250,000.00; <br /> I Hospital Building and Improvement Bonds, to be dated May 1, 19117, authorized <br /> by Ordinance No. Lat70, to Halsey, .Stuart & Company, Inc., at a rate of interest <br /> of one and one-half (1~) percent per annum, <br /> wfU;REAS, an emergency exists in 'that funds are immediately needed to <br /> go forward with the hospital improvements as heretofore authorized, requiring <br /> - the immediate acceptance and award9ng of said bid and to provide for the usual <br /> daily operation of a municipal department; naw therefore, <br /> BE IT HESOLUID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
