Rollins & Sons, Incorpo rated, 3ointly, at a rate <br /> <br /> ~ ~ of interest of 1-3/4~ per annum. <br /> I <br /> f ~ PPHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4477, adopted by the Council. of the <br /> City of Lakewood on May 5, 1947, provides that the advertisement for <br /> the sale of the HOSPITAL BUILDING AND IMPROVEMENT BONDS shall state <br /> { that anyone desiring to do so may present a bid or bids for such bonds <br /> based upon their bearing a different rate of interest than that fixed <br /> in the ordinance, and. <br /> ~ 7dB;REAS~ the IInion Securities Corporation and Blair & Company, <br /> Inc., Stone & Webster Securities Corporati~" ~ffin & Burr, Incorporated, <br /> F.. H.
