RESOLUTION N0. 3347 by Mr. ~"cGill <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to <br /> appropriate to public use for hospital purposes as herein defined the <br /> certain property hereinafter described. <br /> BE IT RESOLED BY THE 'COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF LAKEF°100D, STATE OF <br /> OHIO: - <br /> Section 1. - That an absolute estate in fee simple in the lands <br /> described as follows: <br /> x Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and <br /> tYa State of Ohio and being the southerly 35 feet of Sublots <br /> Nos. 242 and 2113 in the Genck Realty Company's Lakewood <br /> Subdivision, of a part of Section No. 22, Original Nobkport <br /> Township, as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 35, Page <br /> 26, Cuyahoga County bap Records, and being a parcel of land <br /> L' 35 feet wide on the west side of Marlowe Avenue. <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot No. 242 aforesaid, <br /> at a point in the west line of Ptarlowe Avenue (60 feet wide), <br /> thence westerly along the southerly line of Lots Nos. 242 and <br /> 243, 113.50 feet to the southwest corner of Lot No. 2113; thence <br /> northerly in the westerly line of Lot No. 243, 35.00 .feet to a <br /> point; thence easterly parallel to the southerly line of <br /> Lots Nos. 2112 and 243, 112.97 feet to a point on the west line <br /> of ~arlawe Avenue; thence southerly in the west line of <br /> Warlcwe Avenue, 35•CC feet to the place of beginning, be the same <br /> more or~less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> a be, and the same is hereby appropriated to public use for hospital purposes <br /> including the erection of new fire-proof hospital buildings and. the <br /> improvement of existing hospital buildings and for establishing esplanades, <br /> parkways, park grounds and public. reservations in, around and leading to <br /> '"3- said hospital buildings so as to protect said hospital buildings and their <br /> _ ixons and to greserve the viebe, appearance, light, air, and usefullness <br /> o3" public grounds occupied by said public hospital buildings and the. esplanade <br /> and parkways leading thereto. <br /> Section 2. That immedi tely upon the passage of this resolution <br /> written notice thereof shall be given to the owners, persons in possession <br /> <br /> - thereof, and t all those having an interest of record in said land, in <br /> accordance with~the statutes of the State of Ohio and the Charter of the City <br /> of Ialcewood. <br /> Section 3.
