Dawson <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to <br /> appropriate to public use for hospital purposes as herein defined the <br /> certain property hereinafter described. <br /> - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVPOOD,,STATE OF <br /> r»~~~a OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the lands <br /> described as follows: t ' <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga <br /> and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 235- <br /> ^`a in the Genek Realty Company's Lakewood Subdivision, <br /> of a part of Section No. 22, Original Rockport. Township, <br /> as shaven by the plat recorded in Volume 35, Page 26, <br /> Cuyahoga County LBap Records, and being a parcel oY land <br /> • on the west side. of ~4arlowe Avenues k5 feet wide and <br /> 1 extending west on the north line ll7.58 feet and 118.26 <br /> feet on the south line, and 115.01 feet in the rear, be the <br /> ~W~ ~ same more mr less, but subject to all'legal highways.. <br /> be, and the same is hereby appropriated to public use for hospital <br /> purposes including the erection of new fire-proof hospital buildings and <br /> the improvement of existing hospital buildings and for establishi~ <br /> esplanades, parkways, park grounds and pbulic reservations in, around and <br /> leading to said hospital buildings so as to protect said hospital buildings <br /> and their environs and to preserve the view, appearandg, light, air, and <br /> usefulness of public grounds ocenpied by said public hospital buildings <br /> v. ~ ~ and the esplanades and parkways leading thereto. <br /> Section 2. That immediately upon the passage of_this resolution, <br /> written notice thereof shall be given to the owners, persons in possession <br /> - thereof and to X11 those having an interest of record in said land, in <br /> accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the Charter of the <br /> City of Lakewood. <br /> Section 3.
