i <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 31128 BY Mr. Quinn <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Auditor of tS~yahoga Wunty to draw and the Treasurer <br /> of Cuyahoga County to pay to the Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood <br /> an advance of taxes collected for the year 19119 in aueh amounts as may be re- <br /> quested and available. <br /> ri'fiEREAS, Section 2b92 of the General Code provides that when local authorities <br /> by Resolution, so request, the County Auditor shall draw and the County Treasurer <br /> shall pay on such draft to township, city and vilLgge treasurer, and the treas- <br /> carer of any Board of Education and the treasiser of any other political sub- <br /> division or taxing districts whose funds derived from taxes or other sources <br /> are payable by law to the County Treasurer, and. <br /> _ ` <br /> ~ 96fU?REAS, it will be necessary for the.
