Cuy-6-8.61 DATE OF ENACTMENT 2-6-50 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION enacted by the City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement!, under the supervision of the Director of Highways. SECTION I WHEREAS, the Director of Highways is considering the matter of the following improvement under his supervision of the public highway particularly described as follows~ ~,~ ~ ..-~ (DescriptiOn) ,. - Tb~ imorovement of U. Route Cuy-6-8.61, known locaI~y.as C~ifton B~w ~-~4~i~ --adi~m_ draining and paving with T-71 re~n~-orce~ portion of the above designates ~ou~e wnxcn x limits of the City of Lakewood and between the following described termini~ Beginning in the centerline of Clifton Blvd.. as now estab- lished at the intersection with its centerline of Highland Avenue (~eSt llTth St.),' saidcenterline of Highland Avenue being also the Easterly corporation line of the City of Lakewood~ thence from said place of beginning ~esterly along the said centeriine of Clifton Blvd. t° its intersection withthe centerline of West Clifton Blvd., and there terminate. Being in all a distance of 2.835 miles. SECTION II (COOPERATION) NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, does hereby propose to cooperate with the State of Ohio, in the cost of the above described improvement, by assuming and con- tributing a sum of 1~% of the total estimated cost of said improvement and a sum of 100% of the estimated cost of the necessary rearrangement of water mains, service lines, fire hydrants, valve boxes, sanitary sewer Or other municipally owned utilities and/or any appurtenances thereto necessary t° ~onform to said improvement, said ~ums to be also inclusive of the cost of engineering, preliminary contingencies and other incidental expenses. SECTION IV (CERTIFICATION OF AVAILABILITY OF RIGHT OF WAY, UTILITY REARRANGEMENT AND SAVING THE STATE OF OHIO HARMLESS OF DAMAGES) BE IT RESOLVED, by the CounCil of the Oity. of Lakewood, Ohio, that, (a) The right of way necessary for'the cOnstrUction of the aforesaid im provement is hereby certified as being available therefor.
