RESOLUTION NO. 3454 BY Mr. Vickery <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, to <br />advertise for bids for the sale of a parcel of land at the northeast corner of <br />Lincoln and Delaware Avenues. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF, LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids f or the sale of a parcel of land at the <br />northeast corner of Lincoln and Delaware Avenues, fully described as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the ~tate of Ohio~ County of Cuyahoga, Section 19 <br /> Original Rockport Township, City of Lakewood, and known as <br /> the north part of Lot No. 87 in the S. R. Palmar Subdivision <br /> as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 66, Page 24, Cuyahoga <br /> County Map Records, bounded and described as follows: <br /> Beginning on the east line of Lincoln Avenue ~60 feet wide), <br /> at the northwest, corner of aforesaid Lot No. 7; thence in <br /> the north line of Lot No. 87, south 88° 38' O" east, I47o93 <br /> feet to the northeast corner of Lot No. 87; thence in the <br /> east line of Lot No. 87, south 2° 27' O" west, 27.24 feet <br /> to the north line of Delaware Avenue(50 feet wide); thence <br /> in the north line of Delaware Avenue in the arc o$ a curve <br /> deflecting to the left whose radius is 1865.18 feet, whose <br /> long chord is 135o56 feet and bears north 82° 54' 43" west <br /> an arc distance of 135.59 feet to a point of compound curve; <br /> Shence in the arc of a curve deflecting to the right whose <br /> radius is 13.40 feet, long chord 18.50 feet and bears north <br /> 41° 19' 3~" west an arc distance of 20.42 feet to the place <br /> of beginming. ........ <br /> <br /> Section 2.
