RESOLUTION NO. 3469 BY Mr. Vickery A RESOLUTION accepting the amounts and rates as determ_ned by the Budget Commis- sion and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. V~EREAS, this Council in accordance with the provisions of law has previously adopted a tax budget for the next succeeding fiscal year, commencing January l, 1951, and ~EREAS, the Budget Co~nission of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this Council together with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof is without, and what part within the l0 mill tax limitation; there- fore, be it R~SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOGA COUhWFY, OHIO Section 1. That the amounts and rateS, as determined by the Budget Commission in its certification, be and the same are hereby accepted. Section 2a That there be and is hereby levied on the tax. duplicate of said City the rate of eachtax necessary to be levied within and without the 10 mill limi- tation as follows: ~THIN THE 10 MILL LIMITATION: AMOUNT MILLS General Fund $ 296,335.00 2.55 Bond Retirement Fund 35,296~OO .31 Firemen's Relief & Pension Fund 34,157.00 .3 Police Relief & Pension Fund 34,157.00 -3 OUTSIDE THE I0 MILL L~ITATION: General Fund Bond Retirement Fund TOTAL $ 569,285.00 5.0 .243,654.00 2.14 $1,206,884~OO 10.60 Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council be and he is hereby directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of said County~ Section 4. This resolution shall be in full forceand effect from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor and at the earliest period allowed by law.
