RESOLUTION N0. 3~70 BY Mro Vickery <br /> <br />A ~SOLUTION requesting the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to draw and the Treasurer <br />of Cuyahoga County to pay to the Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood an <br />advance of taxes collected for the year 1950 in such amounts as may be requested <br />and available° <br /> <br />~EREAS, Section 2692 of the General Code provides that when local authorities <br />by Resolution, so request, the County Auditor shall draw and the County Treasurer <br />shall pay on such draft to township, city and village treasurer, and the Treasurer <br />of any Board of Education and the Treasurer of any other political sub-division <br />or taxing districts whose funds derived from taxes or other sources are payable <br />by law to the County Treasurer, and <br /> <br />EHEREAS, it will be necessary for the City of Lakewood to obtain an advance of <br />taxes prior to the regular tax settlement for the year 1950; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW~OD, STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyshoga County be requested to draw and the <br />Treasurer of Cuyahoga County be requested to pay to the Director of Finance of <br />the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, an advance of taxes for the year 1950 in <br />such amount as may be requested and available. <br /> <br />Section 2.
