RESOLUTION NO. 3483 BY Mro Quinn AN~RGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayors as Director of Public Works, to proceed with the widening of the pavements in certain areas on Belle and Narlowe Avenues, by direct labor with Street Department crews. WP~REAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of a municipal departments now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF LAKEV~ODs STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Workss be and he is hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the widening of the pavements in certain areas on Belle and ~arlowe Avenues, as follows: 1. Widening the pavement on the westerly side of Marlowe Avenue, 7 feet, from a point approximately 160 feet south of Detroit Avenue to the south- erly line of the property owned by the city, a distance of approximately335 feet° 2. Widening the pavement on the easterly side of Belle Avenue, 12 feet from a point approximately 295 feet south of Detroit Avenue to the south- erlyline of the property ovmedbythe city, a.dL~tance of approximately 180 feet. Section 2. That this improvement be made by direct labor with Street Department crews and the expense thereof paid from the Auto License and/or Gasoline Tax Funds. Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption andapproval by the Mayor.
