RESOLUTION NO. 3532 BY Mr. Ward <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, to <br />advertise for bids for the purchase of street repair materials for the year <br />1 53. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOL~rED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF L~EWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be and he <br />is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of street repair <br />materials for the year 1953, as follows: <br /> <br />Asphalt filler~ sahdstone flagging, cold patchmixture, Kentucky rock asphalt, <br />Medina and granite curbstone, paving brick, sand, slag, cement, crushed stone <br />and other similar materials. ~ <br /> <br />Such materials to be in accordance with the specifications su%w,~tted by the <br />Director of Public Works, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2o Said materials shall be paid for from funds appropriated <br />for such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Director of Public Workso <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />upon its passage and approval by the MayorOand at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:.....
