PJ~SOLUTION NO. 3538 BY Mr. Fahrenbach <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION requesting the Auditor of Cuyahega County to draw and the Treasurer <br />of Cuyahoga County to pay to the DireCtor of Finance of the City of Lakewood an <br />advance of taxes collected for the y~ar 1952 in such amounts as may be requested <br />and available~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 2692 of the General Code provides that When local authorities <br /> by Resolution, so request, the Oounty Auditor shall draw and the County Treasurer <br /> shall pay on such draft to township, city and vtltage treasurer, and the TreasUrer <br /> of any Board of Education and the Treasurer of any other political sub-division <br /> er taxing districts whose funds derived from taxes or other sources are payable <br /> by law to the County Treasurer, and · . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the City of Imkewood ~o obtain an advance of~~ <br />taxes prior to the regular tax settlement for the year 1952 now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF L~Z~OOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be requested to draw and the <br />Treasurer of C~ahoga County be requested to pay to the Director of Finance of <br />the City of I~kewood, State cf Ohio, an advance of taxes for the year 1952 in <br />such amount as may be requested and available. <br /> <br />Section 2.
