RESOLUTION NO. 3543 BY Mro Gottermeyer <br /> <br /> AN E~ERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Safety, to advertise for the leasing, installation and purchasing approximately <br />one hundred and fifty (150) parking meters on the Wilson School parking lot. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists in that this Council declares it nec- <br />essary to install parking meters on the northerly portion of the property <br />as the ~Wilson School Property", ~u~ <br /> <br /> WHEEEAS, an emergency exists to provide for the ~mm~diate preserva- <br />tion of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAE~wOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the M~or, as Director of Public Safety, be and he <br />is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the leasing, inst~ll~tion and <br />purchase of appro~tm.tely one hundred and fifty (150) parking meters of the <br />2 to 10 hours combination, in accordance with specifications now on file in <br />the office of the Director of Public Safety, which specifications are hereby <br />approvedo .... <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor.
