WHEREAS, by action of the Counoil of the City of Lakewood, it is de- Glar~d necessary to transfer X0,000.00 from. the General Water Fund to a spacial fund designated as the "Capital Outlay and Depreciation Fund", and, ~ A'HEREAS, under-the provisions of General Code Section NQ. 5625-11~ such request should bs submitted to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public offices for approval, now, ,therefore, - BS IT RE30LVED BY THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY LAKEVYOOD, STATE OF oHIOs • 6eetion 1. That application be aide to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices far authority to permit the transfer oY $l~0,000.00 from the General Water Fund to a apeoial fund to be created and designated as the "Capital outlay and Depreciation Fund" of the Water~Department and that the n 1[ayor, as Director of Public Works, be and he is hereby authorized to make such J application and forward to the $ureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices a copy of this resolution. Section 2, That upon receipt of approval of such request, an ordin- C ante bs prepared far Council, authorising the creation o£ a "Capital Ontlay J - rand Depreciation Fund" of the %ater Department and authorizing the transfer oY $40,006.00 from the General Water Fund to this special fund. .Section 3.
