f <br /> RESOLUTIOIlT N0. 3546 BY Mr. Fahrenbach <br /> AI~T ~4,RGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br /> Works, to advertise for bids for furnishing the city with from 60 to 90 tons <br /> of liquid chlorine, to be used at the Lakewood Sewage Treatment Plant, <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists in order to provide for the immediate <br /> preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the <br /> usual daily operation of a m•.znicipal department; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTPY OF LAKEPdUOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> _ - - _ <br /> Section 1, That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be and he <br /> is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for furnishing the city with from <br /> 60 to 90 tons of liquid chlorines to be used at the Lakewood Sewage Treatment <br /> ~ Plant? <br /> <br /> A - <br /> Section 2.
