RESOLUTION NOm 3561 BY Mra Vickery <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, .for the year 1954, and authorizing. the filing of the same with <br /> the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br /> of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing and filing a <br /> budget for the year 1954E now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD~ STATE OF OHIO: <br /> ~ Section 1• That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of <br /> Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money Headed and the <br /> 3$,g necessary expenditures in the various departments of the municipality for the <br /> year 1954, be and the same is hereby approved and the clerk is hereby ordered <br /> and directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the <br /> ~F~ statutes of the State of Ohio• <br /> Section 20 That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br /> measure for the reasons stated is the preamble and, provided it receives the <br /> affirmatiee vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it shall <br /> take effect and be in force immediately upon Sts adoption and approval by the <br /> Mayor <br /> Adopted: July 6. 1953 - <br /> Georae Fa Quinn <br /> President of Council <br /> H• Ao Rees <br /> ~ t Clerk of Council <br /> Approved:.
