RESOLUTION N0, 357g BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director <br /> of Public works to advertise for bids for the purchase of an air <br /> conditioning unit to be installed in the surgery, labor and <br /> delivery rooms o£ the Hospital. <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes and is declared to <br /> be an emergency for the reason that it is deemed necessary to <br /> install this unit in the rooms described in the preamble and <br /> is determined necessary far the benefit of patients, doctors <br /> and nurses and in that it provides for the public health, welfare <br /> and safety and the usual daily operation of a municipal department, <br /> to wit: The Hospital,. now, therefore., <br /> ~:x <br /> <br /> F~~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCILOF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD <br /> ? STATE OF OHIO: ~ <br /> Secti®n 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br /> to advertise for bids for the purchase and installation of an <br /> = air conditioning unit 3n the surgery, labor and delivery rooms <br /> of the Hospital. <br /> ~n <br /> Section 2.
