RESOLUTION N0. 3579 BY Mr. Fahrenbach <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director <br /> of Public Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase and inm <br /> stallation of a piping system to transport oxygen to the patients <br /> rooms in the Detroit and Belle Avenue wings of the Hospital. <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes and is declared to <br /> be an emergency for the reason that it is deemed necessary to <br /> ~ install this piping in the rooms described in the preamble and <br /> is determined necessary for the benefit of patients, doctors <br /> and nurses and in that it provides for the public health, <br /> welfare and safety and the usual daily operation of a municipal <br /> department, to wit; The Hospital, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> 3. _'~:Y <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor b® and he is hereby authorized <br /> to advertise for bids for the purchase and installation of a <br /> i piping system to transport oxygen to the patients+ rooms in the <br /> Detroit and Belle Avenue wings ®f the Hospital. <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br /> - an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br /> s hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br /> thirds ®f all members elected t® Council, it shall take effect <br /> and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br /> the Mayor. <br /> ~ Adopted: November 16. 1953 <br /> George F.
