That the Mayor, as Direct®r of Public <br /> Works be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids <br /> for tie purchase of water meters and meter parts, for a <br /> s peried of one (1) year from April 1, 1954. to March 31, 1955, <br /> in accordance with specifications on file in the office of <br /> the Director of Public Works and which are hereby approved.. <br /> Section 2.
