Fahrenbach <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to <br /> draw and the Treasurer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the Director of <br /> Finance of the City of Lakewood an advance of taxes collected for <br /> the year 1953 in such amounts as may be requested and available. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 321.34 of the Revised Code provides that <br /> when local authorities by Resolution, so request, the County Auditor <br /> _ shall draw and the County Treasurer shall pay on such draft.to town- <br /> ship, city and village treasurer, and the Treasurer of any Board of <br /> ` Education and the Treasurer of any other political sub-division or <br /> taxing districts whose funds derived from taxes or other sources <br /> are payable by law to the County Treasurer, and <br /> WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the City of Lakewood to <br /> y~ obtain an advance of taxes prior to the regular tax settlement <br /> for the year 1953 now, therefore, <br /> -t <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> - STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be requested <br /> <br /> mss, to draw and the Treasurer of Cuyahoga County be requested to pay to <br /> 'the Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, an <br /> advance of taxes for the year 1953 in such amount as may be requested <br /> and available. <br /> Section 2.
