E <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 35$9 BY Mr. Fahrenbach <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br /> Works, to advertise for bids for the Refreshment Stand Conces- <br /> sions in Lakewood and Madison Parks, for the season beginning <br /> May 15th and ending November 39, 1954. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNChL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br /> be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the <br /> Refreshment Stand Concessions in Lakewood and Madison Parks for <br /> the season beginning May 15th and ending November 30, 1954. <br /> Section 2.
