That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br /> and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for furnishing <br /> the city with from 60 to 90 tons of liquid chlorine to be used at <br /> the Lakewood Sewage Treatment Plant. <br /> Section 2.
