RESOLUTION N0. 3610 BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayors. as Director of Public <br /> Works to advertise for bids for the purchase of street repair <br /> mater~als for the year 1955. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOUNGIZ OF THE GITY OF LAKEWOODs <br /> STATE OF OHIO; <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor' as Director of Public Workss be <br /> and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase <br /> of street repair materials for the year 19559 as follows: <br /> i <br /> ` Asphalt filler sandstone flaggings cold patch mixtures ffentucky <br /> rock asphalts Medina and granite curbstone paving bricks sands <br /> slag' cements crushed stone and other simi~ar materials. <br /> Such materials to be in accordance with the specifications sgb» <br /> witted by the Director of Public Workss. which are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. Said materials shall be paid for from funds <br /> appropriated for such purposes on vouchers approved by the Director <br /> ~1 of Public Works. <br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br /> in force apon its passage and approval by the Mayor and at the <br /> earliest period allowed by law. <br /> Adopted; September 20. 1954 <br /> Wm.
