RESOLUTION NO. 3631 BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> <br /> .AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor. as Director <br />of Publmc works, to advertise for bids for the installation of two <br />additional toilets and a shower bath on each of the second, third and <br />fo,mrth floors of the Hospital. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to install two addi- <br />tional toilets and a shower bath on each of the second, third and <br />fourth floors of the Hospital, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists in order to provide for the im- <br />mediate preservation of the public property, health.and safety and <br />to provide for the usmal daily operation of a municmpal department~ -~ <br />now, therefore, ..... <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor~ as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to adVertise for bids for the installa- <br />tion of two additional toilets and a shower bath on each of the <br />second, third and fourth floors of the Hospital.~ <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />~embe~s elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />mmmedmately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: March <br /> <br />Approved: April l, <br /> <br />Wm.
