RF~SOLUTION NO. 365~ BY Mr. Ward <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mmyor, as Director of Public <br />',,Jorks, to advertise for bids for the purchase of street repair <br />materials for the y~ar 1956' <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BI.THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAF~WOOD, <br />STATE OF O}LIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the p.ur- <br />chase of street repair materials for the year 1956, as follows. <br />Asphalt filler, sandstone flagstonE, Cold patch m~xture, Kentucky <br />rock asphalt, Medina and granite curbstone, paving brick, sand, <br />slag, cement, crushed stone and other similar materials. <br /> <br />Such materials to be in accordance with the specifications sub- <br />mitred by the Director of Public Works, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Ssid materials shall be paid for from funds <br />appropriated for such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Di- <br />rector of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 3- That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force upon its passage and approval bY the Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: September 4- 1955 <br /> <br />~.
