RESOLUTION NO. 3676 BY Mr. ~ottermeyer <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to <br />appropriate to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, <br />constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities <br />for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUMCIL OF THE CITY OF LAXE~OOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land <br /> and real estate described as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City ef Lakewood, County ef Cuyahega and State <br /> of Ohio, and known as being of Original Rockport Township <br /> Section No. 22 and Bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning on the Southerly line of Detroit Avenue at its inter- <br /> section with the Easterly line of land owned By: Nary S. ~agar, <br /> as to an undivided 1/3 interest; Hattie B. Wagar, as to an <br /> undivided 1/9 interest; Alice ~. Schrader, as to an undivided <br /> 1/9 interest; Betty M. ~earsch, as to an undivided 1/18 inter- <br /> est; Harvey Ray Wagar, as to an undivided lJ18 interest; <br /> C~rshamM. M. Barber, as to an undivided 4/$5 .interest~ Arthur <br /> ~. ~. Barber, as to An undivided 3/~5 inte+r~.st, Euniee B. <br /> Tillotson, as to an undivided $/55 interest, Berenice B. Bell, <br /> as to an undivided $/55 interest; as evidence by Certificate <br /> of Title No. 66352 filed for record on June 17, 1952; thence <br /> Southerly along the Easterly line of land owned hyMary S. <br /> ~agar et al as aforesaid ?5.96 feet to a Southwesterly corner <br /> of Sublot No. 1 in The Lakewood Land Improvement Company,s Belle <br /> Avenue Allotment as shown By the recorde~ plat in Volume $1 of <br /> Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records, said Southwesterly <br /> corner being the principal place of beginning; thence Easterly <br /> along a Southerly line of said Sublot No. 1 in said Subdivision, <br /> 165 feet to a Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 1~ thence <br /> Southerly along a Westerly line of said Sublot ~o. 1 and along <br /> the Westerly lines of Sublots Nos. 5 and 6 and along a Westerly <br /> lineof Sublot No. ? in said Subdivision 161.70 feet to a <br /> N~rtheas~er~? c?rne~ of said Sublot No. ?; thence Easterly <br /> aAong a mortnerAy lxne of said Sublot No. ?, 16.5 feet to a <br /> Northwesterly corner of said Sublot No. ?~ thence Northerly <br /> along the Easterly line of land owned by Mary S. Wagar et al <br /> as aforesaid, 161.70 feet to the place ~f beginning, be the <br /> same more or less, But subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />be, and the same is hereby, appropriated for public use for the purpose <br />of ~ayin~ out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating <br />off street parking facilities for motor vehicles. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That immediately upon the passage of this resolu- <br />tion, written notice thereof shall be given to the owner of, person in <br />possession of, or to person having an interest of record in said land, <br />in accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the charter of <br />the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
