RESOLUTION NO. 3676 BY Mr. ~ottermeyer <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to <br />appropriate to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, <br />constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities <br />for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUMCIL OF THE CITY OF LAXE~OOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land <br /> and real estate described as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City ef Lakewood, County ef Cuyahega and State <br /> of Ohio, and known as being of Original Rockport Township <br /> Section No. 22 and Bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning on the Southerly line of Detroit Avenue at its inter- <br /> section with the Easterly line of land owned By: Nary S. ~agar, <br /> as to an undivided 1/3 interest; Hattie B. That immediately upon the passage of this resolu- <br />tion, written notice thereof shall be given to the owner of, person in <br />possession of, or to person having an interest of record in said land, <br />in accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the charter of <br />the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
