RESOLUTION NOo 3677 BY Mr. Chcckley A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention te appropriate to public use for the purpose ef laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land and real estate described as fellows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County ef Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublet No. 65 in The Cittsens Real Estate Company,s Subdivision No. 2 ef part of Original Rockport Township Section Ne. 21 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 37 of Maps, Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being ~0 feet front on the Westerly side of Ridgewood Avenue, and extending back 155o16 feet on the Southerly line 145.12 feet on the Northerly line and having a rear line of 40 feet, be the same more or less, but subject te all legal highways be, and the same is hereby, appropriated for public use for the pur- pose cf laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and oper- ating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles. Section 2. That immediately upon the passage of this resolu- tion, written notice thereof shall be given to the owner of, person in possession of, or to person having an interest of record in said land, in accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the charter of the City ef Lakewood.
