RESOLUTION NO. 3740 BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase of street repair ma- <br />terials for the year 1957. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of street repair materials for the year 1957, as follows: <br /> <br />Asphalt filler, sandstone flagging, cold patch mixture, Kentucky <br />rock asphalt, Medina and granite curbstone, paving brick, sand, slag, <br />cement, crushed stone and other similar materials. <br /> <br />Such materials to be in accordance with the specifications submittedl <br />by the Director of Public Works, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said materials shall be paid for from funds ap- <br />propriated for such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Director of <br />Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force uponits passage and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: September ~, 1956 <br /> <br />Approved: September 5, 1956 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
