RESOLUTION NO. 3743 BY Mr. Quinn <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Board of Trustees of the Lakewood <br />Hospital to advertise for bids for the purchase of X-ray equipment to <br />replace equipment now in service in the hospital. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital be <br />and it is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />X-ray equipment to replace equipment now in service in the Hospital. <br /> <br /> Such X-ray equipment to be in accordance with the specifica- <br />tions submitted by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> ~ection 2. Such X-ray equipment shall be paid for from funds <br />in the Hospital Capital Outlay and Depreciation Fund, on vouchers ap- <br />proved by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
