RESOLUTION NO. 37&4 BY Mr. Quinn <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Board of Trustees of the Lakewood <br />Hospital to advertise for bids for the purchase of terminal sterili- <br />zation equipment for use in preparation of formula in the Infant <br />Nurseries. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital be <br />and it is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />terminal sterilization equipment for use in preparation of formula in <br />the Infant Nurseries. <br /> <br /> Such terminal sterilization equipment to be in accordance with <br />the specifications submitted by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Such terminal sterilization equipment shall be <br />paid for from funds in the Hospital Capital Outlay and Depreciation <br />Fund, on vouchers approved by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
