RESOLUTION NO. 3746 BY Mr. Quinn <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing a rule of Council for titling ordi- <br />nances and resolutions. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. All ordinances and resolutions adopted by this <br />Council shall contain, in the title, the names of all Councilmen <br />voting affirmatively on such legislation; provided however, that <br />the Clerk of Council shall delete, from the title, the name of any <br />Councilman requesting that his name be omitted therefrom. <br /> <br /> It is further provided that the Clerk of Council shall, on <br />the first ordinance or resolution adopted following the enactment <br />of this resolution, list alphabetically the names of all councilmen <br />voting affirmatively on such ordinance or resolution and thereafter <br />on the next ordinance or resolution the Councilman whose name was <br />listed first shall be listed last on the next ordinance or resolution <br />and this process shall be repeated on each succeeding ordinance or <br />resolution so that each Councilman's name shall appear first a rea- <br />sonably equal number of times. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
