RESOLUTION NO. 3754 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Gottermeyer, Quinn, <br />Ward, Chockley, Fahrenbach <br />Fairgrieve, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Fred W. <br />Dorn, as a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission for the six <br />year term, beginning January l, 1957. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of the public health and safety and to provide for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF 0HI0: <br /> <br /> Sectien 1. That the appointment ef Fred ~. Dern, as a member <br />of the Lakewood Planning Commission, for the six year term beginning <br />January l, 1957, he and is hereby approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article ~I, Section l, o~ the Charter of the City of <br />Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all mem- <br />bers elected to Council it shall take effect and be in force immed- <br />iately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: December 17, 1956 <br /> <br />Approved: December 18, 1956 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
