RESOLUTION NO. 3762 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Gottermeyer, Ward, <br />Chockley, Fahrenbach, <br />Fairgrieve, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to draw <br />and the Treasurer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the Director of Finance <br />of the City of Lakewood an advance of taxes collected for the year <br />1956 in suc~ amounts as may be requested and available. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 321.34 of the Revised Code provides that when <br />local authorities by resolution so request, the County Auditor shall <br />draw and the County Treasurer shall pay on such draft to township <br />clerks, treasurers of municipal corporations, the clerk of any board <br />of education, and the treasurer of any other political subdivision or <br />taxing district whose funds derived from taxes or other sources are <br />payable by law to the County Treasurer, any money that may be in the <br />county treasury to the accounts of such local authorities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />tain an advance <br />year 1956; now, <br /> <br />It will be necessary for the City of Lakewood to ob- <br />of taxes prior to the regular tax settlement for the <br /> <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be requested <br />to draw and the Treasurer of Cuyahoga County be requested to pay to <br />the Director of Finance of the City, of Lakewood, State of Ohio, an <br />advance of taxes for the year 1956 mn such amount as may be requested <br />by him and which are available. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
