Section 2. That immediately upon the passage of this resolu- <br />tion, written notice thereof shall be given to the owner of, person <br />in possession of, or to person having an interest o£ record in said <br />land, in accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
