RESOLUTION NO. 3776 BY: Messrs. Quinn, Ward, Chockley, Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, Gottermeyer. A RESOLUTION declaring it necessary and conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare to improve Lake Avenue, from Webb to Clifton, State Route 2 and U. S. Routes 6 and 20 in the City of Lakewood and Riverside Drive, from Edanola to West Clifton, Ohio Route 255 in the City of Lakewood, by resurfacing same with asphaltic concrete and doing any and all grading, draining and curbing or ether work necessary thereto. OHIO: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF 'Section 1. That it is deemed and declared necessary to improve Lake Avenue, from Webb to Clifton, State Route 2 and U. S. Routes ~ and 20 in the City of Lakewood and Riverside Drive, from Edanola to West Clifton, Ohio Route 255 in the City of Lakewood by resurfacing same with asphaltic concrete and doing any and all grading, draining and curbing or other work necessary thereto° Section 2. That the plans, specifications, estimates and pro- files for said improvement be prepared by the Highway Department of the State of Ohio. Section 3' That the City of Lakewood will assume 50% of the cost of the project. Section $. That the portion of cost assumed by the City of Lakewood will be paid to the Engineer of Sales Office prior to the advertising for bids in accordance with regulation of the Ohio Depart- ment of Highways. Section 5° That the city portion of such costs will be paid from the State Highway Fund of'the City of Lakewood. Section 6. That this resolution shall take effect and be in force upon.its passage and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest period allowed by law. Adopted: Mar.ch $.., 19~7' Approved:.
